Sunbright Family Builders Ltd is a local builder covering Kent, Essex, Surrey, Sussex and South East London.

We are a family-run business that has been in the domestic construction industry for over 20 years. We offer full turnkey solutions on extensions, garden studios, self-contained annexes, orangeries and conservatories.

We have now installed several extensions, garden annexes all on-ground screws and all approved by building control.

GARDEN ENTERTAINMENT & DECKING

Garden entertainment cinema room and composite decking area. The homeowner do a lot of home entertaining and wanted an area inside and outside the main house. We worked with the customer’s design and sketches, then we took their design from ground screws up to the sarnafil single-ply roof, the client wanted the vertical cladding and picked the wood effect composite cladding. They then added and extended the raised composite decking to finish off, this was finished with full internal plastering laminate floor and electrics.

GARDEN HOME OFFICE

SIP floor, walls and roof, internally finished with plaster and air conditioning, external it was lad in cedar wood, the client wanted a nice view of their garden whilst working from home.

SELF-CONTAINED GARDEN ANNEX

Exterior decking, and building regulations sign off, the client needed additional space for guests to stay over, so we designed a self-contained annex with living room space, bedroom and shower room, all finished with a laminate floor internally and plastered, they opted for two air conditioning units so they can separate the living to sleeping zones, the bathroom has an electric shower, water heater and heated towel rail,

To add the finishing touches they added the decking to link the existing patio and annex together, they also chose an aluminium bifold door with internal blinds inside the sealed units
